Good photography sells! Recently a survey by Realtor.com revealed that photography was the top item of importance to buyers. Generally speaking the photography I provide is superior to that of my competition.

I always take advantage of the weather and natural lighting to get the best shots. I actively participate in arranging the shoot to best show a properties virtues. Where advantageous, I provide virtual tours and the latest trend in web marketing: flash video. I use semi-pro equipment to produce the media and the company employs professionals that make the most of it, whether for the web or print.

I was first to bring VR Tours to the county and once again with video.

Everyone knows that Video connects you in a far greater way then photography alone and its impact and effectiveness has been surprising. Until recently, the technology limited their use, but not anymore; despite their high costs, I use them whenever possible. We also use the best quality and highly efficient Adobe Flash™ format. When marketing your property, why settle for less!

The panorama and video displays on our web site get many positive comments, even from large out of area companies; for example Coldwell Banker from Bend asked in February 2007 just how we are doing the video; They are just trying to develop this for their web site and had not yet been successful. Eventually all website's will market properties in this manner; video will replace photography.

Our best advertising is our web site. It's easily found and user friendly. We have the top ranked web site when comparing it to all our local competition and even many larger out of area Real Estate Offices. It is easily found without knowing the address just by searching the top search strings for our area. We get an amazing amount of visits every day, some days as high as 1028, with a corresponding number of 510398 hits!

I've been doing VR tours or panoramic photography for years now but I'm particularly excited about our latest technology; flash video. Now that 80% of households have broadband, video really gives me the best way to show a property online and is the new standard of the future.
